Pas mal comme application :P
There´s not possibility to play along with the iPod music library!! UPDATE IT!!!
Very Good Sound Easy to play.
Thanks so much for such a nice instrument! Works as expected, very responsive, nice sound. No problems at all @ iPhone 3G (2.1).
Good value for cost, not only fun but useful for jotting down melodies on the fly! Would just add a way to transfer saved files in a format compatible with composing programs (e.g. MIDI).
Not a power user. I just want to warm-up my voice again, so this app is worth it. No need for all of us to buy a real piano.
This is an amazing app, totally worth the money
Ideally like it but I have to reboot the phone to start the app about one in every five times. Now someone make a MIDI controller for windows/mac DAWs. Ill pay $30 for that. I have adobe audition on windows. Cheers!
I think for the price the app should be more stable. The app rarely starts, usually crashes and requires a reboot to start the app.
This app is great fun. Sounds great too!
At first, I was slightly sceptical of purchasing this app due to the price but it was certanly worth the risk. Ive writtim this revue to counteract what some other people have said. This app Is worth it. In my opinion, one could spend much more money for something far less emtertaining. Such an example would be a poorly made video game. For the price of, say, a magazine, this app definitly hold more entertainment value. High quality artwork and sound... What more could one want from such an app. Piano in your pocket.
If you are a musician that needs to record a melody thats in your head get it otherwise pass
Awesome program, Im sorry but totally worth the money... Heck Im a student on a tight buget, but this is worth the cash! Only thing I could ask for is a function to help you learn piano. But wicked anyways!
Cute little thing I wished you could see the whole piano instead of sections
Not really worth it, you cant even record a full tune correctly considering that you cant see the full piano.
I am a avid piano player and have dabbled into jazz as well. This app is great first of all, because when i think of a great jazz riff, I can record it and save it for later. Playing around on the piano is much easier than I thought it would be, and comes pretty naturally. The only limitation is that you only have an octave at a time to play with. Also, because im horrible at singing, whenever I try to sing a melody to relate a song to a friend, they almost never get it. Now I can use this app instead of my horrible vocal cords. Great app!
I decided to buy this because of the 88 keys and record feature. It works ok as is but a few features would be fantastic: 1) if music is playing on your iPod then allow you to play accompaniment - some other free players allow this and for composition this is useful 2) since the keyboard is always centred on a C octave allow you to tranpose the keys so its easier to play in something other than C
A real piano is a whole lot more money than this app, and also a whole lot less portable than an iTouch/iPhone. This is an amazing alternative for the price and portability. I use this all the time to record little tunes I make up throughout the day, and later I turn them into full songs. If it werent for this app, I would have forgotten a countless number of songs and tunes I think up every day. But what makes it really sick is when you do this: One of your friends says, “Hey, do you have a piano? I learned how to play the Star Wars theme on one,” and you say, “Sure, I got a full-sized, great sound quality, electric, recordable piano with sustain and dampen pedals and a metronome built-in,” and he says, “Sweet! Where?” And you can awesomely say, “Right here in my pocket.” EDIT: The new update just made my life! Thank you sooo much!
This works well. Love to compose on the go Only complaint is that it is off pitch slightly in lower register which makes me crazy
